Return Policy

At HoodHouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

14-Day Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in its original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as HoodHouse cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to refuse returns if:

  • The item has been worn, washed, or altered
  • Tags have been removed
  • The item is returned outside the 14-day return period
  • The item shows signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer
